My good friend Eric Bronke, the main audio installer at Autowerks of Northbrook recently finished up the exterior of his BMW 330i. The car was treated with a full color swap from the OEM Silver to this custom matte-pearl-white finish. A set of KW coilovers and Axis wheels round out the rest of the major exterior mods. Moving along into the interior and you will find a complete custom built (by Eric) audio system featuring Hertz/Audison components along with an Apple iPad molded into the dash which doubles as the radio.

Over the next few months the car may receive a heart transplant in the form of an LS motor. Stay tuned for interior photos and updates on the project!

I was looking back through my Flickr this weekend and thought I’d post up a “year end recap” of sorts. Below you will find one pic from almost every shoot that I did this year, there are some that never saw the light of day due to many different reasons which those are not posted. I look forward to shooting more in 2012 and hopefully furthering my photography, as well as playing around with some cinematography.

I had the amazing opportunity again this year to travel to Las Vegas, NV for the 2011 SEMA Show with my work, GTHAUS/Meisterschaft. Just like last year I brought my trusty camera along and tried to take as many photos as I could of the show.

During the ADV.1 Nissan GTR shoot I did a couple weeks back the owner brought out his other car; this gorgeous 2006 Ferrari F430 with tan leather and a 6 speed manual trans. Such a beautiful looking car with just that combo, but throw on some H&R lowering springs and a set of Novitec NF-1 wheels and it makes it even better!

I had an opportunity to shoot the new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 for about 35 minutes a couple weeks ago. The shoot was a disaster in terms of technicalities. The flashes I had decided they did not want to work, at all, so I opted to shoot directly into the sun and tried to produce something unique and different. I think it worked. They are a bit extreme all together, but over all I’m happy with them.

I was browsing through some of my favorite websites not long ago and ended up on HREwheels.com and saw 2 of my photos used on the home page! Pretty exciting. The photos were from the Porsche GT3 RS shoot I did for them a month or so back. You can see the full GT3 RS photo shoot by clicking on the photos below of the GT3 RS.

I recently finished up this set of a Mustang GT/CS for Vossen Wheels. The Mustang is sitting on a nice set of Vossen VVS-CV1 in a matte black machined finished with sizes of F: 20×9 / R: 20×10.5.

Here’s a couple photos for now.

A couple weeks ago I spent a beautiful, yet extremely early, Saturday morning downtown with the GTHAUS widebody e92 BMW M3 and the F10 BMW 535i. We drove around to a couple locations and up/down Lake Shore Drive for rolling shots before traffic got to heavy. It was a very run-and-gun type shoot, no flashes or time to set up anything. Hopefully in the near future we’ll get the M3 back out there with some more time on our hands.

This Balloon White Nissan GTR has been an on going customer project at Autowerks of Northbrook for a while now. It started with a full repaint from factory white to this beautiful Lamborghini Balloon White. Then some other goodies were added like the Meisterschaft exahust, CF spoiler, random CF accents. The most recent step was a full wheel/suspension swap. It now sits on 22″ ADV.1 ADV05 wheels, JRZ coil overs, and Umbrella Auto Design VRH kit. I shot some quick photos for ADV.1 to show off the second set of 22″ wheels they’ve put on a GTR. The car is getting a complete interior reupholster, a bunch of motor work, and some stereo equipment right now, once the final touches are put on another photo shoot will take place. For now, enjoy these.
